The Milwaukee-based Karen Yontz Center's web site (www.karenyontzcenter.org) was awarded "Standard of Excellence" award for its design and functionality, above and beyond the standards of excellence for organization Web sites. KarenYontzCenter.org is devoted exclusively to heart health information. Health risk assessments, surveys, physician interviews and links to other recommended websites are just some of the services available online.

Over 1000 web sites were entered from around the world into the 2002 WebAwards competition. Entries were judged based on design, innovation, content, interactivity, navigation, ease of use, and use of technology.
