What's Next?
Bring the end-user into the D&D mix.
Site visitors have come to expect subtle changes, and quirks
to their interface, NOT massive makeovers. On one of our first
partner site makeovers, site visitors emailed, faxed, and even
called to complain about changes we all were convinced were
great ideas inside the boardroom vacuum. Now, we're more
methodical about disturbing a good thing. We devote entire
marketing campaigns and website sections to visitor feedback.
We analyze log files, conduct focus groups, invite end-users
into AB's shop, to whittle down or determine what goes on
between visiting, and committing. Committing to the
transaction, the selection, the purchase, the call-to-action!
